EIEP Meeting Spaces
Introduction
You can reserve the EIEP Lounge (SELE 2268) and/or the EIEP Conference Room (SELE 2264) for your upcoming events! These spaces are ideal for e-board meetings, study nights, arts and crafts, and other engaging activities.
The EIEP Lounge comfortably seats up to 40 people, with additional capacity available if the space is rearranged. The EIEP Conference Room seats 16 people, with the option to add chairs along the walls to accommodate approximately 20–25 attendees.
Both spaces are available Monday through Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters, from 4:00–6:00 PM. To request a reservation, please submit a reservation form.
Note: We cannot guarantee that your reservation will be approved, so please plan in advance and submit your reservation request(s) in a timely manner. Other points to keep in mind:
- Cleaning supplies will be available so you can disinfect before and after your meeting
- Food is allowed, but groups are responsible for ensuring the spaces remain clean
- Whiteboards and markers will be available for your use
