Greer Scholarship Program
The Greer Scholarship Program provides financial, academic, and professional development support to undergraduate students at UIC Engineering. Renewable scholarships of up to $5,000 are provided to entering first-year and transfer students, who demonstrate excellence and perseverance in their academic pursuits. In partnership with the Greer Foundation, this program also aims to increase access to a UIC Engineering education among students from underrepresented backgrounds, and populations that have been historically excluded from STEM fields.
Scholarship candidates are identified at the time of their admission to UIC Engineering and notified of their eligibility shortly after. We strongly recommend candidates to apply to UIC early (by Early Action Deadline for first-year students) to be considered for the Greer Scholarship Program!
