About
Elsa is a first-generation American college student, born and raised in Chicago. She earned her bachelor's and master's degree from UIC and is currently pursuing her doctorate of education at UIUC. Before serving as EIEP's Director, she was the Associate Director of Women in Engineering Programs at UIC, a unit she established in 2016.
